has anyone requested USCIS to send AP via Fedex/UPS?
I am thinking of sending USCIS a Fedex return envelope so that they can use that instead of regular USPS mail.
has anyone done this successfully?

My maternal uncle filed PR for my parents and the priority date is: 06/24/2002.
The date of approval of I-130: 03/12/2008
My age was 20 years and 5 days as on 06/24/2002. I am currently working in USA on H1B visa. So can I apply for Green card with change of status with my parent's I-130 with Child Status Protection Act?

Guys,
I need your suggestion. My birth was not registered within one year of my date of birth but it was registered recently and I got my Birth certificate with me. I'm just preparing documents for filing for 485 in near future. Some body has just mentioned to me that USCIS would send an RFE if I submit that Birth Certificate with 485 filing. Could anybody have an idea about documents that I would need to get and to submit with my birth certificate as per my per later registered birth certificate ?
I would appreciate if anybody can point me with links if somebody already gone through this.

I am glad it worked out for you.
Just wanted to update everyone - I did respond to the I-140 RFE with detailed information for the delay in getting the degree - and my 140 was approved without any further questions. I hope that no one else gets into this situation - but if anyone needs help - I will be more than willing to help in what ever way I can.
Now......on to the GC :-)

I would like to post a positive answer, but the fact is "it does not" . Unless the "DO Noting" Congress Does something - no relief soon. If you are young and in EB3 (with '08) PD, Use this time to earn a higher degree if possible and at some point in future, it might help you apply under the E2 or E1 category.
While waiting for my GC i have completed my Management program from Northwestern University and now i got myself ported to EB2. Knowing i cant got anywhere helped me focus on my Masters and get it completed. Now i am waiting to get the GC before i look for a new job. I think porting from EB3 to EB2 is going to help people in the EB3 queue who are not supported by their companies to covert to EB2.

We applied for SSN today, they said the same thing that it should not be a problem to get SSN. But i guess the best option would be to refile instead of waiting for renewal as i plan to use my EAD and work.

Well...so now they have added addln staff to handle the annual load (1 - 1.3 mil) EAD/AP requests....

As a point of revenge ,let's see what the anti's do this time.Let the CIR go thru...no doubt in that...as both the parties love illegals.
